iamsold finishes the year on a high, with strong enquiry, stock, and sale levels. December was the busiest month of the year with a 35% increase in sales on the previous month and a 64% increase when compared with Q3 2022. Stock was on the increase throughout Q2 with an increase of 28% when compared to Q1 last year as Partner Agents & vendors sought a secure route to sale. Enquiries were up 12% in Q4 when compared with Q3 2022.
iamsold celebrated 10 years in the Irish property market in 2022. Partner Agents along with friends & family joined the iamsold team for a BBQ & Charity Auction. There were a number of speeches from company directors Patrick Folan & Patrick Convey along with IPAV CEO Pat Davitt. The charity auction raised over €2400 and was run by iamsold's trusted auctioneer Aiden Foley. It was a great night to mark the company's 10th year in business and the company looks forward to many more successful years ahead.

IAM Sold Property Auctions celebrated turning 5 years old in Ireland
The strong results continued in 2016 with an overall success rate of 94% after the full year of auctions across Leinster, Munster & Connacht. This was the strongest success rate recorded in Ireland giving IAM Sold the highest overall sold ratio in Ireland for the third successive year.
With the auctions growing, so to was the partner agent network. By June we were now working in partnership with 150 auctioneers across Ireland.
We achieve a fantastic double award win - the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2015 Best Supplier Award and we entered the Sunday Times FastTrack 100.
After a 87% average success rate in 2014, we were again aiming to deliver the highest results in 2015. We wen't on to exceed our previous year results with a sold ratio of 90% in 2015 - which again confirmed IAM Sold as the most successful auction company in Ireland for two years running.
The Leinster Property Auction was launched by the IAM Sold Group with the events taking place in Dublin. The newest event in the calendar was highly anticipated and did not disappoint with a 95% success rate at the first outing. This was the highest success rate achieved in Ireland during 2015.
With the continued success of the auctions, the network of partner agents working with the company was also growing rapidly. By March 2015 we reached the landmark of 100 partner agents making us the largest network of auctioneers in Ireland.
After the year of auctions was complete, we recorded an 87%% success rate making us the most successful auction company in Ireland.

The Munster Property Auction launched in Cork amid extremely strong interest for the properties on offer. Again the result far exceeded all expectations and the interest in the auctions grew in the South West.
The Connacht Property Auction held their first public auction event which took place in Galway. The vast majority of the properties sold and we recorded one of the highest success rates seen in Ireland at that time.
Patrick Folan and Patrick Convey launched iamsold to the Irish market in 2013. We initially focusing on the Connacht region and our fresh approach to auctions quickly gained popularity in the West of Ireland.
